Gluten Free Sourdough starter
Step One: ID tummy issues w/too much wheat
Step Two: start screwing around with Gluten free flour
Step Three: achieve a happy oat flour sourdough starter. On day four and five forget to feed it.
ROFLMAO, yeahhhh. Lisa&Andrew were down from their new digs North of The Wall. It was GDoT (and I hereby swear to stop trying to freeze SCA food. #onigari) and I spaced out. SURPRISE!
Step Four: spend several mornings sniffing very vinegar-y smelling starter (Named "Brad" for Brad Leone toot toot). FAIL. PITCH IT
Step Five: Purchase KAFlourPowerHour Gluten free "Measure for Measure". Get a new starter going. Achieve loaf
